Molly Barnett is a partner at Carlisle Barnett PC. Molly enjoys creating custom drafted estate plans for individuals and families, including wills and trusts for blended families, multi-generational trusts, special needs trusts, and irrevocable trusts for tax planning or creditor protection. Often, she assists clients with real estate and business law matters to ensure a comprehensive estate plan which minimizes risk and provides for efficient administration in the future.

Molly also assists clients with probate and trust administration, navigating unique property or distribution provisions with a problem-solving approach. Molly strives to provide compassionate advice to clients in all aspects of her practice.

Molly graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder (2002) and the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law (2007). She started as an associate attorney at Schafer Thomas Maez PC, and is excited to continue the firm in its new chapter as Carlisle Barnett PC. In her time off, Molly loves spending time with her two young kiddos, Benny and Lila, and enjoys hiking, biking, kickboxing and Nordic skiing.

Molly is licensed to practice law in Colorado.
